Simplify mileage logging for expense reimbursement and tax-deduction. Psngr tracks your trips automatically, calculates mileage and expenses, and generates reports for IRS tax deduction. You can track any number of vehicles and up to 40 free trips per month. TRACK • Start a new trip manually, and Psngr will record the trip until finish. • Enable AutoPilot to let Psngr record all your trips automatically. • Psngr auto-detects driving, cycling, walking and even trips made by public transit. • Psngr automatically adds a stop to the trip when you stop, and resumes the trip when you start driving again. • Psngr remembers locations and places you visited in the past, and reuses those in future trips. • Forgot to log a trip? no problem! You can log any trip completed in the past by simply entering your past departure time. CLASSIFY • Swipe a trip to the right to classify it as #business. After a few niggles found this to be the best by far. Often improving the app to make it more useable and relevant. Very quick to respond if you encounter any problems. Any thoughtful tips to give the user a more engaging and informative experience. Nach 9 Monaten Nutzung musste ich feststellen, dass die App aufgrund mangelnden GPS - Empfangs teilweise das Signal der Fahrt erst später bekam. Somit gingen mir wertvolle Kilometer verloren. Das kann ich dem Finanzamt nicht erklären. Auf Anfrage wurde mir der Stick Beacon empfohlen. Erneut Kosten. Ich habe die App mittlerweile gelöscht. Es muss eine bessere Alternative gehen. ### 5/5 — Utilisée au quotidien ! *2025-10-14* Je suis passée d une assistante qui récupérait mes déplacements dans mon agenda, les calculaient dans un Excel (déplacements que je devais tenir à jour alors que j’ai certes des rdv mais aussi bcp d’imprévus dans mon métier), à une solution hyper fluide et pratique , fiable à 95%. J’aimerai juste que l’outil détecte automatiquement mes déplacements habituellement classés en « perso » (genre maison / école, ou maison / supermarché) pour m’éviter de les classer moi même. They still count trips out of your tracking schedule even if you set correct hours and days to track. Only 1 app (TripLog) offers tracking for personal expenses and will only track your trips in the time and day you set. Il faudrait plus de précision dans le suivi (villes inexactes parfois, arrêts qui ne s’enregistrent pas… malgré le fait que j’ai acheté la petite prise USB en complément car on m’a dit qu’avec la prise le suivi serait plus précis. However, I prefer tracking trips manually, so autopilot is off in settings, but it still asks me to allow location access to ‘always’, which I don’t want, and drains my battery anyway. If autopilot is off, ‘always’ location access shouldn’t need to be on, but it doesn’t let me use the app unless I allow it which is really frustrating.
