This change has to do with iCloud backup and restore. You will now see only the backups for a specific car in the restore list, not just a list of all backups for all cars. In order for this to work, you will need to do a backup for each car that has data once the update has been applied and use that backup or subsequent backups to restore going forward. You will be prompted to do a new backup once you open the app the first time after the update has been applied. If you have never used this functionality before, give it a try, it could keep you from losing your data if something happens to your phone as it backs it up to iCloud.
