Zero support *2022-03-14* Save your money ### 1/5 — Zero support database locks up if over 12 months of usage is recorded *2019-06-28* Over 12 months of data the database becomes too large and the filter function (needed to reduce the database to export) no longer works and you loose all your data making this a pretty much useless waste of money ### 1/5 — Mile Bot not reliable *2017-03-07* Tracking mileage is crucial to being able to deduct it during tax filing. Unfortunately while Mile Bot does a good job of tracking mileage, it is unreliable when it comes time to export the data to be used. Tech support is helpful, but lost data is still lost data. **Developer response:** Sorry about that. There was a bug in archiving activities, which got resolved recently. Please try 3.12+. ### 1/5 — Not even worth $2.99 *2016-10-07* This app does not work! I have an iOS that should be supported, I drove around all day with the app open and all it says is "Drives will be detected automatically". **Developer response:** Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> System Services -> Frequent Locations -> ON. The above is required for app to work correctly. Unfortunately app has no way of knowing, if user has disabled it at the moment. Exports are easy and clean in excel, ability to split drives and one-swipe categorize business versus personal. I’ve never had it miss a drive and it does not drain battery like I thought it might. Very happy with my purchase and subscription service. The similar "in-app purchases" for the other apps are $60. Very Happy with MileBot and specifically a fair price for use of their software. I didn't realize how much money I was leaving on the table and it's only been 2 weeks. ### 5/5 — Outstanding app *2016-06-18* To me it is not necessarily how an app looks but the purpose of the app and what it is used for. MileBot is phenomenal in the sense that it tracks your exact location from point A to point B and calculates the time it takes to get there and you don't have to do a darn thing. I install security systems and use my personal vehicle as my work vehicle. I would always forget to track the miles from one house to the next and know I am losing out on money. With MileBot it automatically calculates when I leave from one location and go to the next!! This app is actually making me money because when I wrote off my miles for my taxes I am now able to maximize my return on the miles I have driven!
