Been using them for a year and this app is fantastic, it tracks multiple cars and users and can set up schedules and much more. The year end report is exactly what I needed for my taxes. Customer service was great too! I’ve tried many other apps and this was the best so far. My favorite feature it automatically and accurately records all trips made.

Tried for a few months. Like the auto tracking but trips disappear, so it’s kind of worthless.

Started using this app in April this year, checking to make sure first how many free autotracking trips I get and that I can get reports as I can’t afford to subscribe.  Seemed I was good to go until now in December discovering all my data is locked behind a paywall which makes it impossible for me to report for taxes. I wasted all these months trusting this app. 

I get, for sure, everyone needs to make money on these apps but seems I got bait and switched. It’s infuriating and now I have no records for taxes.

At least just allow a very basic year end report. Actively will tell people not to use this app.

As of 2025, I can confidently say that this is the best mileage expense tracking app available. After thoroughly using it myself and recommending it to both clients and friends, I can assure you of its effectiveness. One of the standout features is that the report filter has finally been improved, a long-awaited enhancement that greatly simplifies organization.

In terms of performance, this mileage tracker outshines many well-known competitors, such as Triplog, MileIQ, and Everlance, particularly when it comes to accuracy, user-friendliness, and detailed reporting. I’ve conducted head-to-head tests against Milekeeper, and I was impressed to see that this app delivered superior accuracy consistently.

A notable advantage is its ability to track even the shortest trips—less than 0.5 miles—ensuring that users can deduct 100% of their business-related driving. In contrast, MileIQ only tracks distances greater than 0.8 miles, which can potentially cost users hundreds of dollars each month in missed deductions. 

Overall, the app is fantastic, and I hope that future updates will introduce Bluetooth vehicle connectivity, editing custom labels; you can now only delete but editable, adding trip manual only give straight the distance of straight line instead of trip distance using real trip direction.  This feature could further enhance accuracy and reduce the need for manual operation, making it even more convenient for users.

This is one of the best mileage tracking apps in 2025. I've been using it for over five months now and really like it. However, it’s missing a few key features—such as report filtering, vehicle Bluetooth connectivity, and desktop portal access. These are pretty basic functionalities that most other mileage apps already offer, and I’ve mentioned this to their support team. They assured me these features are in the pipeline, but after almost six months, I haven’t seen any sign of them. That said, the app stands out for its accuracy, user-friendliness, and quick support whenever I need help.

Are you a realtor, gig worker, rideshare driver, or an independent professional who relies on your car? If so, this app is designed for you! I want to clarify that I have no affiliation with the app developer. While I have used several apps, including popular ones like MileIQ, TripLog, Hurdler, and Everlance, this particular app has truly caught my attention, and I use it daily.

However, there are some issues with the report filtering. Currently, custom report filtering is not available, making it impossible to create a report for a single day. If you miss logging a drive and want to add it manually, the distance calculation is based on a straight line rather than the actual driving distance, which can vary significantly. Additionally, the automatic trip ending feature takes quite a long time to process. A vehicle Bluetooth connection is not available,  this will eliminate the delay autotracking and ending trips when vehicle engine is off.

I’ve been driving with this app for a month now and I’m honestly so surprised how good it is! I tried a few other apps before but they missed some of my trips or started tracking too late. And they were more expensive. This one is just perfect super accurate and easy to use, totally recommend it!
