One day great, another day doesn’t record any movement. It can be a pain. ### 4/5 — Mile and time tracker. *2019-02-21* We have a garden care business. MileME makes it so easy to total my miles for tax deductions. At the end of the year I just send a report to myself for a nice printout of business miles recorded. It is also great fro keeping track the time spent at each account, when we arrived and when we left. So at the end of the day I can easy look up the hours to bill our clients. ### 4/5 — Great app *2017-05-11, version 2.21* I've used this app now for about 18 months. It just keeps working. There are a couple if improvements I wish they would make which I'll list below, but in general it's great. 1:-Some other apps use something called iBeacon to automatically start and stop tracking when your in your car. This would eliminate logging journeys when I'm in the family car rather than in the works van. 2:-To save on battery life the app makes a note of your start and stop locations then calculates the most probable routes you took. While this is a good thing as you don't even notice any reduction in battery life, sometimes my job requires trips with multiple stops in a big circle. If you go from a-b, b-c, and c-d, A being the office and D being home, if your not really stopping at b and c, just handing something over and only their a minute or so, the app only calculated the trip as a-d. What would be sensible is for it to check your location say every 15 min and calculate the actual route. Sometimes you do the long route to avoid traffic but all it logs is the short route. 3:- when the app detects the start of a trip, it would really help if it had a pop up button on screen to ask if this is personal or business. Obviously less important if the app can detect which vehicle I'm in with the use of iBeacon. ### 4/5 — Great App! *2016-10-27, version 2.20* My only gripe is that the report doesn't show the times that are listed in the app. How can we fix that?? I have some feedback: 1. Can the reporting sheet include the arrival time for a trip. 2. Can the times and mileage be rounded ( up or down) 3. Can there be a separating line per date on the reporting sheet. We love the app but need these changes to make it wonderful. I thought I would check to see if it’s still working... It has stopped recording without warning since LAST AUGUST 2020! And to top it off it saves me so much time not having to log thirty trips a day for rideshare that I have time to pick up a few more clients and make even more money. Best App I found to help me with my taxes Exspenses and making more money and saving my time .... which is valuable mind you minutes are money to me!!! So I’d pay $10.00 for this App $6.00 is a Steele. So what are you waiting if you drive to make buy the app and make more money it’ll pay for itself your first trip. Get one it’s a great App!! Mark has worked hard with me to solve my issues. The most recent one was/is my fault by accidentally turning on AIRPLANE MODE. MilesME uses GPS, WiFi triangulation and CELLULAR triangulation to track the phone. AIRPLANE MODE turns OFF all three of the above!!! I fumbled around and tapped AIRPLANE MODE, which I never need or use since I drive people to fly but don't fly myself! My most humble apologies!!
