## What is MileMint?

MileMint keeps mileage, gig shifts, vehicle expenses, receipts, and service reminders in one private log on your iPhone — no account or MileMint server required.

AUTOMATIC MILEAGE TRACKING
Record driving trips automatically in the background. Motion helps MileMint start precise location while you’re driving and reduce unnecessary GPS use. Pause tracking anytime, classify trips as business or personal, add purpose and platform details, or enter a missed trip manually.

GIG SHIFT TRACKING
Driving for rideshare or delivery? Start a shift, select one or more gig platforms, and record pickup, dropoff, personal-mile, and odometer markers alongside your tracked route.

VEHICLE EXPENSES
Keep each expense with the vehicle it belongs to. Log fuel fill-ups, maintenance, repairs, vendors, odometer readings, registration, insurance, and finance costs. Review fuel economy, service history, vehicle spending, and cost per mile.

SERVICE & DEADLINE REMINDERS
Stay ahead of recurring maintenance with mileage- or time-based schedules. Set reminders for inspections, registration, emissions, insurance renewals, and vehicle-tax deadlines. Mark a vehicle serviced to update its schedule and record the completed maintenance, including DIY work.

ON-DEVICE RECEIPT SCANNING
Scan receipts using Apple’s on-device text recognition, review the extracted details, or enter records manually. Receipt images and recognized text are not sent to MileMint.

REPORTS & EXPORTS
Review mileage and expense summaries, cost per mile, spending trends, and vendor analysis. Export CSV files or generate a PDF to share with your accountant. Standard-mileage estimates use the supported IRS rate for each trip date.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-in. No MileMint server. No analytics, tracking, or ads. Your records are stored locally on your device.

Optional iCloud backup saves a copy to your private iCloud Drive; MileMint cannot access it. Optional Address Lookup uses Apple’s geocoding service to turn trip coordinates into place labels.

MILEMINT
Monthly and annual subscriptions, plus a one-time Lifetime purchase, are available through Apple. Eligible subscription customers may receive a 1-week free trial. Pricing, eligibility, renewal terms, and purchase details are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Lifetime does not renew or expire. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

  Every number agrees now. Your dashboard, your reports, and your PDF draw from the same math, so the miles on your home screen are the miles in your tax report.

  • Delete confirmations. Removing a vehicle asks first and shows exactly what goes with it. Expense deletes ask too.
  • Exports that are always yours. Your CSV and PDF records stay available whether or not your subscription is active.
