## What is Mileo?

Mileo keeps a mileage log for work drives: tap Start, drive, tap Stop. Your trips stay on your iPhone, and there's no account to create.

TRACK A TRIP IN ONE TAP
• GPS records the route and distance while you drive, even with your phone locked.
• Watch the miles and time on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a Live Activity, and stop the trip from there.
• Start a trip from Control Center or by asking Siri.
• Forgot to stop? With Parked Trips on, Mileo saves the trip after you've been parked for 20 minutes.

PICK UP DRIVES AUTOMATICALLY (MILEO PRO)
• Smart Tracking notices when you start driving and records the trip for you, then lets you know with a notification.

YOUR LOG, ORGANIZED
• Trips grouped by month, with vehicle, category, business, purpose, notes, and odometer readings.
• Several vehicles and several businesses, and a custom per-mile rate for any business (Mileo Pro).
• Add a trip by hand, duplicate one, or create the return trip in a tap.
• Save routine drives as templates and start them in one tap.
• Replay any trip's route on the map.

MILES AND ESTIMATED DEDUCTIONS
• IRS standard mileage rates are built in, including mid-year changes, and each trip uses the rate for its date.
• Dashboard shows miles, trips, and estimated deductions by week, month, quarter, or year, broken down by business and vehicle.
• Tax Center (Mileo Pro) totals the year by business and lists trips missing a purpose, a business, or a rate, so you can fix them before tax time.

REPORTS AND REIMBURSEMENTS
• Export any date range as a CSV file or a PDF report, or copy rows straight into Google Sheets (Mileo Pro).
• Mark trips paid or unpaid to keep track of what you've been reimbursed.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no analytics.
• Trips and locations are stored on your iPhone, not on a server.
• Back up everything to a file in iCloud Drive or anywhere in Files, and restore it on a new phone.

WHO IT'S FOR
Real estate agents, contractors, delivery and rideshare drivers, sales reps, nurses and caregivers who drive between clients, and anyone who gets reimbursed or deducts business miles.

FREE AND MILEO PRO
Tracking trips you start is free, with no trip limit. That includes Live Activity, the Dashboard, manual entry, Parked Trips, and backups. Mileo Pro adds Smart Tracking, CSV/PDF/Sheets reports, Tax Center, new trip templates, and per-business rates. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription with a free trial on the yearly plan.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

Mileo keeps a mileage log and shows estimates; it doesn't give tax advice. Check with a tax professional about what you can deduct. Continued use of GPS in the background can decrease battery life.
