There is no separate line in immigration for business class unlike in many other countries. Also the aircraft’s are dated and seat comfort is average

Constantly having to get thrown to other websites which need the password resetting, or a captcha doesn’t work. Trying to spend points before they expire is impossible: just one error after another so the points will expire without being used.
