This app allows account creation but does not provide a way to delete the account within the app. Apple requires that account deletion be available and easily accessible in-app, yet there is no such option here. Users should not be forced to contact support or leave the app just to delete their data. This is a basic privacy expectation. Please try again later”; or something like that. Maybe they should hire somebody from fifth grade, so they’ll make progress‼️ also fraudulently as they don’t give you mileage credit for transactions with Lufthansa group and it’s subsidiaries, like world shop. ### 1/5 — Cloudflare never authenticates *2026-08-30, version 6.28.2* When you try to do something that happens in a browser within the app, the Cloudflare protection is not configured with the usual check “click to verify you are human” or equivalent, but just leaves you at “security check” forever. I tried WiFi and 5g, I was in different countries, turned off private browsing, nothing helps. The update doesn’t seem to have improved the user experience at all! ### 1/5 — Can’t search award flights for months. *2026-05-14, version 6.25.3* For over 3 months (now May 26) when trying to book an award flight one receives the error “Sorry, the frequent flyer profile provided is incorrect.” This is the same for my partner and we’ve tried different devices, re-installing, clearing all cache and nothing works. It’s a known problem reported on various travel forums and I’ve emailed and called Miles and More dozens of times to report. Yet they refuse to fix this critical bug over multiple app versions. What good is an award program and app if you can’t even book an award?
