I love that it’s easy, there’s variety in choices to earn miles, and it doesn’t take to long to get gift cards. The trivia section also makes it stand out. The one issue I have with this app is that it gives out gift cards so sporadically that it takes days, maybe even weeks, to finally get an opportunity to grab one. I recorded my mom trying to claim her gift card and it’s just a white screen and doesn’t load it took over 3 mins to load yet in that time frame I was able to open the gift card area easily(I don’t have enough miles to redeem yet) so that tells me somehow it’s rigged! It NEVER used to be like this! Shame. They never respond to your emails and it’s probably the flood of complaints! …………..ORIGINAL REVIEW WHEN IT WAS OK:: The app is great I love the option to do trivia and the flash mileage promos. I love the mileage and ad watching options to boost your travel claim. BUT, it has been days at all hours waiting for gift card to become available and literally within a millisecond someone claims it again! I love where we literally only have one Walmart. Not target, Ulta, Sephora, amc, cold stone, Starbucks, Best Buy, etc…. Those are all 58 miles away. I don’t eat subway, so I have Amazon or Walmart as an option however there is never availability! It’s after 1am and they are getting snatched up at this hour. I try to redeem like like 5 times a day with no luck. ### 1/5 — Give me me miles backs. *2025-04-06, version 2.4.139* It’s happened twice already to the point where I just deleted the app. It says I’ve been inactive and took all my miles that I’ve worked hard for and this is the second time it’s done this. And no I haven’t been inactive for 30 days. On top of that your miles can get you gift cards, but once u got enough miles to get a gift card it kept saying “blank took the last one today!” Despite the new day having just stared. And then it eventually raised the amount of miles you need to claim a gift card. An absolute scam and sorry excuse for an app. Don’t waste your time!! ### 1/5 — Randomly lost 4,000 points *2025-04-06, version 2.4.139* One day I opened the app to claim recent trip miles, which I do every few days and received a notification informing me I had lost 4,000 points due to inactivity even though I had definitely been active and had claimed miles just a couple days prior. ### 1/5 — Miles was great until you implemented the “expiration after 30 days of inactivity” *2025-04-06, version 2.4.139* I used to love this app. I could earn miles for wherever and whenever I could travel. Unfortunately, I lost ALL my hard earned miles after 1-2 months not touching it!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! I HATE THAT MY MILES EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS OF INACTIVITY!!! I would only come back if you got rid of that policy!! ### 1/5 — Can't ever get gift cards! *2025-04-06, version 2.4.139* Gift cards never available! They keep saying "available soon" then you refresh and they never come, then somehow they say someone got one and they'll be available in an hour, then repeat repeat. Have 55000 miles that I can't redeem! About to delete and cut my losses and focus on other apps! ### 1/5 — Shady/Scam *2025-04-06, version 2.4.139* My spouse is over 50,000 miles and I’m just under with 48,000 miles but the 50,000 miles gift card is unavailable for her but not unavailable for me. It seems they’re deliberately blocking you from cashing in the miles. Edit: I was at 49,915 then I checked the $25 gift cards. All still available. I claimed 100 miles to test out my theory. I cross 50,000, and no $25 cards available. 🤔 don’t bother downloading this expecting any payouts. It’s a scam. ### 1/5 — Scam, only pays if you pay for Miles+ *2025-04-06, version 2.4.139* Was a good app but no unless you’re subscribed to their payment plan then you will never see a gift card but as soon as you pay you suddenly can get one. Good luck. ### 1/5 — do not get you wont win anything *2025-04-04, version 2.4.139* as soon as you get enough miles for anything and go to the gift card section most of them will have timers and the ones that I say, they are ready to redeem as soon as you click on them, they say the last gift card was sold out but they still say they’re able to redeem so I don’t know what’s wrong with that but if for the timers to go down for the unavailable ones as soon as the timer goes down, you will not be able to get the gift ### 1/5 — Not able to log in *2025-04-04, version 2.4.139* From yesterday, App does not work. I deleted app and re installed. No not download this app! They were once fair and appreciated their customers as opposed to now being another scam app motivated by ad revenue at the cost of the users. They advertise gift card available for purchase using the miles (points) you accumulate from watching ads, trips(the ones they actually recognize), downloading space eating apps, etc...but as soon as you get the points needed, (and I mean AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM), and go to select the gift card you want, it INSTANTLY becomes unavailable until the next hour(s), or day. They make only one card available for everyone to try and get, But they will offer you a $1 or $3 gift card for a lot (most) of your points. O and don't try settling for 2 or more cards of lesser amounts even if you have the points to do so, cause they limit the the redemption process to 1 card, once a day(or week I forget). NOT WORTH IT!!!! UPDATE: noticed that all of the responses to the negative reviews are the same AI generated “apology”. How about we all come together and put an end to this app and similar apps that are made to collect your data for THEIR financial benefit. And when I tried to get the $1 Amazon ones for 2k miles…every time I clicked on it (in spite of it showing as available), it announced that it had “just sold out” even when it was still showing available in the store. Finally, I tried to delete my account and they wouldn’t send me a 6-digit code needed to delete my account, and then wouldn’t let me try again to resend the code (you apparently can only try once in a 24 hour period). I have been able to get miles rather quickly, but every time I go to cash out I don’t even get the opportunity. It’s not even available during the day hours for me. It’s like 16+ hours until available. Absolutely ridiculous! I stayed up late for several hours but I can’t do that. I have to get up during the day. What’s the point in being diamond if I can’t cash out when I want? I’ve started to update the trips more frequently & have been enjoying it more. Rewards are up! Great work everyone on the staff. If the users were able to add more than one category for trips for a single time it would make more clarity for the rides and it could make our lives even better. Just saying because sometimes the trips are more than one kind. We don’t necessarily need multiple rewards for multiple categories for single trips but that could be something for the future if it gets greater like that. It rewards me for the trips I would take anyway! It also gives me health incentives! I can’t beat the fact that I have been able to use the app to look back at my trips and prove timing for my job! Allowing me to get my max pay I would personally loose out on! Thank you MILES! (I’m jaxon ashford on the app) Other than that I love this app, it pays you 20$ for 200 miles, so if you are going on a long trip to another state or something just turn this app on and you’ll get your miles worth! You are making me lose money! ### 5/5 — download it *2020-06-27* i just fell in love with this app recently and thought i'd leave a review. i download a lot of apps that have benefits for things i'm already doing--- when the world was flowing i had redeemed a few rewards- some lipsticks, & perfume! i love btw-- now that the world has slowed down {i need something to look forward to} i love that they reward you with staying home points + bonus points for social distancing and being active = which leads me to i just used my chewy reward for my pup and i can't wait for that to come in!! but i look forward to the notifications from them, the app is made super well and easy to use!! i just really enjoy this app and i'm happy i downloaded it because it's only benefited me! (but i read the review before me and she put she wish there were more rewards which i love the rewards now but of course if there's more i'm all for it too!!
