## What is MilesMGR?

Track every business mile automatically, pay once, and keep your data to yourself.

TRY IT FREE, THEN PAY ONCE
Start a free 5-day trial with everything unlocked. After that, MilesMGR Pro is a single purchase with no subscription and no monthly fees, so your tax savings stay yours.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
MilesMGR has no accounts and no servers. Your trips, locations and receipts are stored on your iPhone and backed up to your own iCloud Drive. We never see your data, and there are no ads or trackers.

AUTOMATIC TRIP TRACKING
• Detects and records drives in the background
• Skips walks and bike rides, and lets you mark rides in someone else's vehicle as Passenger so they don't count
• Knows a long stop in highway traffic from arriving somewhere
• After a real stop, asks whether to continue the trip or end it
• Start or end a trip with Siri, or follow it on the Lock Screen

SMART SORTING
• Work hours: drives during your hours are Business, drives after hours are Personal
• Save your office, clients, job sites, suppliers and banks as Business places
• Save your gym, school and grocery store as Personal places
• Saved places always win over the clock, and Home to Office is logged as commuting
• Grocery, gym and restaurant stops are recognized and set aside as Personal
• Swipe to sort anything left, and split a trip at any stop

TAX-READY RECORDS
• IRS-style mileage log with date, route, miles and business purpose
• Standard mileage rates applied by date, including mid-year changes
• A green check on every complete trip, or exactly what's still missing
• Odometer readings and vehicle business use for Form 4562

EXPENSES WITHOUT A BANK LOGIN
• Snap receipts; the text is read on your iPhone
• Import a bank or card statement and MilesMGR picks out gas, tolls, parking and repairs
• Log Apple Pay fill-ups automatically with a Shortcuts automation

REPORTS YOUR ACCOUNTANT CAN USE
• Mileage log and expense report PDFs
• Excel workbook with summary, trip log, expenses and vehicles
• "Send to my accountant" shares everything in one tap

FOR EMPLOYEES AND TEAMS
• Employee mode shows what your employer owes you at their rate
• Monthly reimbursement report ready to hand in
• Send monthly reports to a folder your employer shares in iCloud Drive, Google Drive or Dropbox
• Employers review, approve and export payroll in the Team Dashboard

OPTIONAL AI TAX ASSISTANT
Ask questions about your own mileage and deductions using your own AI provider key. Groq offers one free. Off unless you turn it on.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.

MilesMGR is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice. Check with a tax professional for your situation.
