Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible." And will not be able to use instant balance to view my money or log into my account. This happens very frequently throughout the day. Can’t login , pop up messages that the disk is full- whatever that means. Pop ups to call customer service. Pop ups that it couldn’t validate my login credentials. Etc. starts working about the time the bank opens. Funny that even as an app it seems to follow “ bankers hours”. Other banking app standard behavior is to use Face ID once to log into the app. After that you’re allowed to move around freely within the app. Milford bank app makes you enter passwords to do this. I suggest change the behavior to follow other app behavior, or at minimum use Face ID for bills and transfers instead of manual password entry. ### 5/5 — Mobile banking *2022-04-30* You have made it so easy to float money from one account to another.
