The app does not allow me to add a link to an external account (e.g., my Bank of America account) so that I can transfer funds into and out of my Milford Federal account. 2. As someone who works for another local bank, and is the treasurer of a local non-profit, I frequently use the mobile deposit option, and the fact that I was able to view the images of those deposited checks within the app, was the only reason that I kept that business account with Milford Federal instead of moving it over to my own bank. However, for the last few months (maybe since the last upgrade I’m not sure) I am no longer provided with the images of the checks I have deposited via mobile deposit. I receive an error that says the image is not available, even for ones that I was able to view prior to this. This is very disappointing. ### 3/5 — Not bad. For the last week and a half, I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to check my account.
