It forced me to use ‘their Authenticator app’ (no choice as to which type of 2FA I preferred). The link provided for ‘their Authenticator app’ took me to a commercial Authenticator app. I wasn’t going to pay $30 per year to log into the Milford app when I already had the free Microsoft and Google Authenticator apps installed. I called the support number who informed me that my existing Authenticators would have worked. And she was able to switch my preference to an SMS otp. A Passkey option would be great. You then go back in to enable function again. A few days later it happens again, only to be told your pin is now incorrect and then all information is lost again. Account performance takes forever to load, it should be available right when opening the app. Swiping in the hamburger menu reveals a gap on the left side of the menu.
