## What is Milieu App?

In the Milieu App, you can find not only your waste collection days, but also information about recycling centers, thrift shops, and a waste separation guide that tells you where each type of waste belongs.

Extra handy: you can enable a notification to remind you when waste is being collected in your street. You'll also be informed of any changes to collection days during holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Enter your postal code and house number once to access:
•  Personal waste calendar – with an overview of all collection days for your address
•  Waste separation guide – which waste belongs where
•  Recycling centers – locations, opening hours, and fees
•  Environmental platforms – locations, waste types per container

Enter your environmental pass number to access:
•  Digital environmental pass

In the latest update:
- The waste card has been given a colour for better findability and can be found more quickly in the menu.
- You can set an extra reminder for textile. This allows you to prepare better.
- You will see more results in the waste checklist and important information is more visible.
- The location description of underground containers has been improved.

• We have included a few links in the contact form that direct you to the webpage where you can quickly arrange matters yourself.
• We now show more collection days on the homepage, so you can find what you're looking for more quickly.
• Personal notifications can be opened properly again on older devices.
• The options for textile have been expanded.
• We have made a few minor fixes in the background.
