I quickly downloaded the app and paid the fee but after many failed attempts I was unsuccessful downloading the app and soon learned that the app didn’t work on iOS 10 - which was quite the surprise! I immediately reached out to contact support. Soon I was having a dialogue with the owner, who listened to my concerns.
