You can get yourself set up on the app but I have found it really buggy when modifying orders. Payments fail and the error messages are not very helpful in diagnosing the issue. There are even spelling errors in the error messages, it does not seem very polished.

Please make it possible to view this in landscape. I have a keyboard attached to my Ipad which means I always use it in landscape mode - surely this quite common. I don’t understand why apps are made in portrait only. Every time I use this app I have to contort my head at a silly angle or call up the soft keyboard and hold the ipad on it’s side, which usually results in the physical keyboard falling off and having to be reattached. Surely a simple thing to sort.

The delivery service and products you get from milk & more are fantastic. I have used them for a long time now and cannot fault the product. 

Sometimes, very rarely, (I think it has only happened twice in my whole time using the service) a delivery is missed. This is understandable as things happen. Milk & more quickly and automatically issued me with a refund.

The products I have used have always been great, especially some of the bakery items and juice. There is a long and varied selection of items on offer.

The only issue is the App. When making changes to regular orders it says that changes have been saved but more often than not you still get the old items delivered. I have really struggled to reliably make amendments to regular orders and this has regrettably resulted in my having to close my account, as I cannot seem to change/stop orders coming and I have built up a huge backlog.

If the app gets fixed, I would not hesitate to come back.

Overall the user experience and functionality is reasonable. However adding one off purchases to the basket for single deliveries does not work consistently. For me is the principal purpose of using the app, so the bug makes it largely useless.

Can’t sign up as says network error even when connected.  If you can’t sign up even on the app I can only imagine how useless the rest of the app is. Don’t bother!

I’ve been a customer for a few months and was initially impressed by the app’s concept - regular orders and one off orders. However, the amendments for one or two items just don’t stick. I inadvertently added 5 pints of milk in the regular order portion of the app for one Friday months ago and every single week I have to go in and amend it back to three. Every week. Several times. Then I had a bread delivery once or twice and it won’t let me remove it. It’s frustrating as I really like the service - everything arrives in the early hours, it’s all good quality and the choice of products is fantastic. The app lets it down really. So the two stars are for the app not the delivery service and products

Since the new app was released, I have not been able to login - login works fine on the web, but try to use the same credentials on the app, and it’s “authentication error” every time - I have tried multiple app reinstall and password resets… deleted app, to spare myself the waste of time…

I wanted to add extra for Christmas- but no you have to add things as a regular order. This means I have to remember to cancel the extra after Christmas. Too risky so I just added one thing. However you have to re do credit card details for any additions. I don’t sit with my credit card in bed so have given up. Likewise if I cancel something I get charged and then refunded. This makes checking difficult and my milkman does make mistakes. (Probably dodgy IT for them too). Please make the shopping experience simpler. You’ll see a massive increase in sales

This is great when you order from the impressive range of stuff and it shows up. But the unreliability can be a problem. Sometimes you’re waiting for the stuff to show up having booked an order and got the invoice and it just doesn’t arrive. Like today. We’re still waiting one phone call and over an hour after the order is supposed to be here.

Possibly the slowest most glitchy app I’ve used! Took me almost an hour to complete an order after trying several times. Also every house in my parents road is on their sign up list apart from my parents house!

For quite some time now I’ve had problems with being unable to add items to my basket on the iphone version, whereas it works fine on the ipad. This is quite frustrating as I’m unable to make last moment changes or additions when out. Would love the app to be fully functional again.

Since the update I’ve been unable to sign in. If I try to reset my password, it tells me I have no Internet connection (which I have). Tried both with wifi and 5G, no way to login and change my order

Absolutely terrible software- no intuition and it never works properly.  Always end up going to the website to log in and even then it’s still pants- just easier to log in. Funny the remove the customer feedback form when it suits them. Not that they respond promptly when you do post something to them. Took them 3 months to come back to me- only to say- ‘Hope your issue is resolved’ 😡😡😡

The latest version has a serious bug. When you order a 1 off item and go to the basket no item is showing, yet it allows you to pay for the invisible product. Sure enough the item gets delivered and payment is taken. Don’t do what I did .. bought 3 lots of butter but now know they’re invisible. I’m using the website now for certainty

Despite repeated assurances and new update 1 day ago they still have not fixed the log-in part of the app so what use is it. It’s no good the developers tweeting the functionality of the app if they don’t fix the log-in . Log-in works on website but not app- such a fundamental error suggests that they don’t really care and the app is just something to say they have.

I’m trying to avoid food and drinks in plastic because it leaches toxins and estrogenics (look it up!). I really struggled to find what I wanted in supermarketszc but through Milk & More I can have milk, kefir, yogurt, juices, water and more in glass bottles delivered to my door, and the prices are insanely reasonable! Love it.

I wish I’d discovered this before. I always seemed to be running out of the essentials - milk, eggs, bread etc… with 2 young kids on my own it’s tricky to dash to the shops at 8pm at night when you realise there’s no milk for tomorrow…Milk and More to the rescue! I know I’m getting the essentials delivered and it’s so easy to go onto the app to add extra items or a surprise treat for the kids. The kids love going to see what’s left in the box in the morning! Cutting down on our plastic and trips to the shop in the car makes me feel good too! Best decision ever!

There is no way I would go back to not having a milkman and I love the extras that arrive fresh each week.

The app has just made it even easier to get fresh yumminess to our door.
