I have an iPhone and when I get to the section where I have to scan the barcode I am unable to do so. I have reached out to management on this app and they have no been able to resolve it. It puts me very behind since I can not proceed with my load until I get past the scanning part of the app. Then you reach out for help on the app and an A.I. chat appears and is of no help. Human help is limited so if I work night shift there will be no one to help me get my load in the app.

They push you to use it at the plants, claim it works offline. It most definitely doesn’t, half the time it’ll freeze and you have to redue it. Half of my farms have no service so I have to wait until I’m at a farm with service to put the info in, meaning my times are all off. Paper manifests are better and don’t freeze.

Really bad app. Most of the time don’t work.

Crashes when you look up a farm. You have to delete app and re instal. Then get load reactivate by admin. 
Loads go inactive way to early for no reason and have to be  reactivated by admin.   
Updates need better proving before release. Or option not to do them.  
Don’t break what doesn’t need to be “fixed”.

You need to fix the app, I put 37.2 and when I complete it it turns to 1 
I can’t chat with anyone I tried using the other tablet and still can chat with support

MilkMoovement worked great for about seven months no issues. No problems to updates later. It takes me 20 minutes to put in any information I’ll get through two or three prompts and then at freezes. I have to do this every day EVERY!! Day Logout log back in doesn’t do anything if you can make it to appointment when it saves at least you don’t have to start completely over but 9 times out of 10. It’s gonna take you at least five times for it to crash restart… after you start route, usually there isn’t any more issues…. knock on wood. The only reason I have this app is because it’s required at work!!
