I use MILKRUN all the time. Super easy to do a quick meal order or fruit/veg/milk run and get it delivered within 30 minutes. 
Great specials ($1 chocolate anyone?) and prices are in line with the local Woolies prices - can’t go wrong!

The in-app delivery tracking has suddenly become really poor. I’m getting notifications that my delivery is about to arrive, when the map is showing the driver is streets away. It used to be great.

I am extremely disappointed with MilkRun. I was charged twice for a single order, and the only explanation I received was that the first charge was a “temporary authorisation” and the second was the actual payment.

This is the first time I have encountered a business charging customers this way, and there was no clear warning before the payment was processed. From a customer’s perspective, it simply looks like you’ve taken the money twice.

What makes this even worse is that I still haven’t received my money back. It’s unacceptable to hold a customer’s funds without making the process transparent or resolving the issue promptly.

Instead of acknowledging how concerning this is, customer service gave me what felt like a scripted explanation rather than addressing the actual issue. Your payment process lacks transparency, and the way this was handled has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

The staff can’t put together simple lists. I ordered 5 items including milk and they missed 2. I got 3 items and no milk. The drivers don’t check. I mean it is absolutely ridiculous. Deleting the app. Useless!

When you set pin on delivery, meet at door, and literally cannot walk up a flight of stairs due to disability...and the driver can somehow still deliver up a flight of stairs to no human and go on with their day - that means there is something VERY wrong with this app. 

I don't know how DoorDash drivers get this right 95% of the time - yet your drivers are the reverse. 

I have had multiple issues with this aspect of your service over the years, and I was blamed for getting it wrong whenever I didn't use pin on delivery. 

Yes. Called to let them know and a $15 off my next order was the only thing offered. No team leader available to offer to help fix the problem going forward. A vague they will "log the problem" with no reference or ticket number provided. 

Yeah nah. $15 off another order that doesn't make it to my door in an accessible way?  Not worth a thing to me. 

Make your service accessible, prove it, and you might get me back as a customer. Seriously mate. Do better.

Woeful. Items always out of stock, such limited selection. Honestly, why don’t you let users manually choose other stores? The store is automatically set to one that doesn’t have anything! How long does it take to update your inventory to actually match the store inventory?cant tell you the amount of times I’ve rolled my eyes not being able to get anything I want on the milkrun app. May as well just go to the store myself, honestly get with the times.
