Overall sentiment: positive **Pros** - 🚀 Always delish - 🚀 Fresh, tasty, and fast! - 👍 Great community business! Great staff led by Andrew the owner! - 👍 Love the app - So easy to order and the food is great!! - 👍 Millburn Deli is the Bomb! So excited to have the app! - 👍 The name says it all such a great balance of flavors! Always a go to for myself. **Cons** - 🐛 Cannot search such a basic feature and missing - 🐛 App won't even open - Been ordering from you guys for a long time. Just found out about the app. Went to download it and it won't even open. Just immediately crashes. - 🐛 App ok to place an order. But no place to enter a tip (at least not as part of the order flow I was presented). No playback screen summarizing order before entry - it's just done/send. You have to hope you entered it all correctly. - 🐛 You lose a ton of business because ordering through the app is such a hassle. Took me thirty minutes on this last order. - 🔒 It was impossible to use the balance on my Millburn Deli gift card plus a credit card and the whole process was extremely long and time-consuming. - 🔒 Please add Apple Pay as a payment option. Storing a Credit Card number is not secure. At least allow for a one time credit card usage on an order to order basis.
