## Newest reviews (7 of 21)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2022-08-18, version 2.0.1*

The WORST experience! I received 3 emails that I have messages in my portal that are NOT there!

### 1/5 — New update but same issues as old app

*2021-08-23, version 1.3.6*

I updated to the new version of this app and it seemed promising with a new redesigned user interface. But the app has the same issues as the old one. Why bother having an app if all the icons just re-direct you to the website? I might as well just bookmark the website then… this app should have these features integrated from the website, not just re-direct people to the webpages on the site. Please consider this when revising the app.

### 1/5 — Oooh wow!

*2021-08-23, version 1.3.6*

The app has figured out how to use map services! But that is it. Everything else opens a browser link to a web site. Time wasted. Deleting app. Kinda makes you wonder what kind of job they are doing protecting patient information.

### 1/5 — Junk App

*2021-08-16, version 1.3.2*

Won’t let me log in. “Session Timed Out” message when I do.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-03-25, version 1.1*

Nothing in this app works. Every page glitches.

### 1/5 — Soooo disappointing...

*2019-01-18, version 1.0*

When I saw the email announcing the new app, I was immediately excited. I expected to see a way to have access to my medical data on or off-line, possibly even Health Kit integration.

However this “app” is nothing more than a list of website links, that once tapped, opens Safari and takes you to the same old website we’ve been using for years.

There is no reason to use this “app.” It adds an extra step to get to the website.

### 1/5 — MPG app

*2019-01-17, version 1.0*

Worthless just go to the website instead.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not working!

*2026-05-01, version 2.1.4*

I’ve been trying access my doctor & my files and can’t get past login. I keep getting a message that I’m not online. I am.

### 1/5 — Can’t connect

*2026-04-30, version 2.1.4*

They took over my doctor’s practice in Georgia, but they won’t allow login from Georgia.

### 1/5 — Deleting the app lowered my blood pressure.

*2025-12-12, version 2.1.4*

An impressively efficient way to block patients from their own medical records.
Login attempts reliably dump you into the app, which land does absolutely nothing. No error message. No fallback. Just an infinite loading screen and the assumption you’ll stop trying.
Deleting the app will lower your blood pressure. You’ll still be alive tomorrow.

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2025-10-17, version 2.1.4*

Constantly tells me I’m offline and won’t let me get into app. No problem before . Won’t let me use Face ID anymore! One word GARBAGE.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2025-07-13, version 2.1.4*

This app doesn’t even deserve a one star. The old version was better, at least l was right able to get my information. This is a complete waste of time, it constantly goes blank. It’s time change doctors to another group outside of millennium if I want my information

### 1/5 — Horrific

*2025-01-31, version 2.1.4*

This app is absolutely worthless. The communication between doctor and patient is sketchy at best. You can’t schedule an appointment online to save your life. Plan on spending your entire lunch hour on the phone instead, trying to schedule an appointment. Millennium Health does not respect your time at all

### 1/5 — App down.

*2023-06-04, version 2.0.1*

Didn’t receive the text message.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2023-01-28, version 2.0.1*

This company purchased or whatever my primary care office. Absolutely the worst. Can’t contact my primary care provider to ask questions or get refills. Novant was much better.

### 1/5 — Poor design/ cheap look.

*2023-01-09, version 2.0.1*

App takes you to a different portal after you click on any buttons. If you’re looking at a summary notes, the information doesn’t fit in the screen. Main page looks good , but anything after that needs attention.
A medical outfit can’t design a decent app? Very disappointing . Uninstalled the app. Rather call the office.

### 1/5 — No landscape view for ipad users with keyboards.

*2022-10-30, version 2.0.1*

This app has many bad reviews, some are a year old so maybe bugs have been fixed. However, I would really appreciate having a “landscape view” for my 12.9 ipad with keyboard. Will this upgrade be coming soon? Thank you

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worked well

*2022-08-23, version 2.0.1*

Got everything done and it went rather well.

### 4/5 — App

*2023-12-05*

I find that the app works just fine. There is always a risk using apps and this one, with facial recognition, seems to work as well as the others.

### 3/5 — Login Problem

*2024-11-13, version 2.1.4*

App hangs during the login process after I enter our credentials. First time I see this issue. Website does not have the same problem. This is app specific.

### 2/5 — Just bookmark the web portal in your browser

*2022-09-07, version 2.0.1*

This “app” is just a front-end for links to view the web portal in Safari. In its current form, it’s not worth the risks that come with apps and their bugs and vulnerabilities. You can get a better experience by just saving the bookmark for the patient portal in your browser.
