I love this pizza place but this app is just horrible. 
It’s difficult to navigate on a phone - which is its actual purpose - and just doesn’t scroll nice. It makes you pick two pizzas when ordering but then lumps both together as one pizza in the basket. Who actually knows how the pizza(s) would arrive. It’s confusing and just rubbish. 
I always use Just Eat and only tried this app for the discount but 20% Off Just isn’t worth the stress of trying to actually order on this app.

I placed an order asked for the salad and sauces to be left separate because of I am allergic to some of the fillings. 
The order arrived with everything thrown in together. I called and was told that a replacement would be sent straight away. 10 minutes later the 'manager' called and told me that there would be an extra charge of £3.50 to have the salad and sauces separate. I tried to tell him that I was a customer for quite a while and I, not everyone in my house, was allergic to certain things but he had none of it. While he was on the phone another customer called and I could hear that they weren't happy either. 
I finally got a redelivery but had to wait for another 90 minutes! Totally unacceptable. Will never order from them again!
All this to separate themselves from Just Eat and Hungry House to save money. It has now cost them a loyal customer.
