Have no idea how you are still kicking. Your app is literally doesn’t work some time. It is not normal for the bank.

(Update with developer reply: I have already complained multiple times, phone, email, etc, to the bank on this issue and the excuses weren’t even adequate. Once again being asked to contact the bank so they pretend to have customer service is honestly insulting. Just reply to existing complaints instead of pretending online you care to visible complaints)

The latest changes have resulted in an archaic subpar app where you cant talk with your bank.

Want to pay a credit card (tap)? You cant as it will say it doesn’t exist. 

Contact the customer service is only possible in app, you can’t use email but they can. 

Want to pay a card you have to send a transfer to an account they give you even though there is a button for it in app nut that doesn’t work.

Deteriorating as time goes by with worse and worse customer service.

Estou a tentar actualizar os meus dados e na parte de actualizar o meu documento, aonde eu devo colocar o meu número de passaporte não fixa a informação inserida. Logo que todos os fields estão completos clica no continuar e ele apaga somente o meu número de documento e não consigo terminar a actualização. Depois o banco da 15 dias desde o dia que se começa e com esse erro possivelmente me podem fechar a conta. Uma coisa que nada tem haver com o dinheiro que depoisito. É urgente é que sinceramente para um banco coisas como essas não deviam acontecer pela segurança dos dados do cliente.

If you’re not in Portugal, you cannot use this app to open an account. There is no way to authenticate yourself and there’s literally no one to help you.  No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails.  Find another bank.

Sinceramente, a aplicação Millennium é de longe a melhor que já utilizei. É muito intuitiva, muito fácil de usar e, acima de tudo, extremamente completa. Podemos fazer absolutamente tudo diretamente na aplicação: gerir contas, pedir créditos, investir na bolsa, comprar ouro e até bloquear débitos diretos em poucos segundos.

O que mais gosto é que não é apenas um banco online: é um banco completo, com uma aplicação moderna e também muitas agências físicas. Temos o melhor dos dois mundos.

Comparado com todos os outros bancos que utilizo, este destaca-se claramente. Tudo é simples, rápido e eficiente.

Recomendo 100% 👍
