## What is MillerOps?

MillerOps is the operations platform for restoration, cleaning and construction contractors. It brings the field, the back office and the numbers into one place, so a technician, a project manager, a controller and an owner all work from the same live record of every job.

The iOS app is the field and approval companion to the MillerOps web platform. Your organization must have a MillerOps subscription, and you sign in with the Microsoft work account your company already uses, or with a MillerOps email and password issued by your administrator. Every screen shows only what your role allows.

FOR THE FIELD
• Clock in and out with one tap. Your location is recorded when you punch, and the jobs nearest you are listed first.
• Log hours against the right job, split time across jobs, and submit corrections without calling the office.
• Photograph the job site with the built-in camera. Photos are geotagged and land in that job's document file in seconds.
• Look up any customer or job, see its status, and browse its documents.
• Capture vendor insurance certificates and compliance documents on site.

FOR MANAGERS AND APPROVERS
• Approve timesheets from an approval queue built for a phone.
• Review and approve vendor bills, with the PDF in view and a written reason required to send one back.
• Track purchase orders and vendor compliance status by job.
• Review invoices before they go out.
• Keep an eye on receivables: aging, collections, past-due accounts and payment activity.
• Approve bonus and incentive payouts, and see your own compensation and payout schedule.

FOR LEADERSHIP
• A KPI dashboard with the operating and financial metrics that matter, current as of this morning.
• Finance, production and executive reports, rebuilt as native screens rather than shrunken spreadsheets.
• Branch and division views for multi-location companies.
• Vehicle trips and toll activity for your fleet.

BUILT FOR MULTI-ENTITY COMPANIES
MillerOps models real contracting businesses: several legal entities, several offices, and several sets of books under one owner. Switch entities in a tap and every list, report and approval scopes to it. Accounting stays in sync with QuickBooks Online.

SECURITY
Single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID, optional Face ID lock, role-based permissions on every screen, and a full audit trail behind every approval. Financial and employee data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

MillerOps is a subscription platform for businesses. Individuals cannot create an account from the app.
