Doral location was not busy on a Sunday evening so can’t even use that as an excuse… This is the second time we have either dined in or ordered out and it will be the last for this location. As the dine in experience was a nightmare as well when myself and 3 other coworkers decided to do dinner there. All 4 dinners came at separate times and appetizers were brought after dinner was brought to the table. We were lucky to be able to have one round of drinks as we never saw our server after she took the tables order. She went MIA… Runners brought the food out and another waitstaff gave us our check after being able to get someone’s attention. The last time we ordered, we were missing fries and an order of zingers. I contacted the Uber driver and was told if I had any issues. I had to contact the St. Cloud ale house because he had no control over that. when I called the girl that answered put me on the phone with Manny the restaurant manager, who was extremely helpful, friendly, funny, and had excellent customer service skills. He said if I signed up and placed the order of the missing items he would make sure to comp those items and have the $ returned back to the card we used. He also said that if we didn’t want cash in that offer that evening, we could use it at a later date, which is what we did. A few days later, we placed the order as well as some more items similar to our first order and though he wasn’t working that night, he told me that he’d be sure to be in touch with his counterpart working and would take care of those items and have them comped off the check the next day that he was in. I was pleasantly surprised the next day to see that he’d taken care of the entire $50 check not just the items we were missing. Now we will be ordering directly from their website and I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I also hope that Manny is recognized for the excellent service that he provided as it seems to be a very rare quality nowadays. Thank you Manny!
