## What is Milligram?

Whether you're optimizing for fat loss, muscle gain, longevity, recovery or anti aging, Milligram is for people who want to take back control of their health protocols with science-backed confidence. Every other tracker gives you a tidier place to write down what you already did. Milligram models what is actually in your system right now. Every dose charted against every half-life. Everything in the stack with info and the database covering over 3,581 references total. Bloodwork read against what you are actually running. And an AI assistant that answers from your real-time numbers, read against a database made specifically for your protocol, not everyday questions.

FEATURES

Your Protocol: Everything you run, on one screen. Each compound with its own schedule, dose, vial and supply tracked, and the whole protocol read as one picture rather than being scattered across different notes, files and spreadsheets.

Dose tracking: Log every dose, whether that's an injectable or an oral supplement - Milligram works with every compound and every dosing route. Reminders arrive on the protocol's schedule and know which compound, which dose and which injection site.

Reconstitution Calculator: Mix any vial, any concentration. Convert mg, mcg, IU, and units for compound preparation. Designed for accurately mixing peptide vials with bacteriostatic water - saved to your compounds for quick reference.

Milligram Intelligence: An assistant that already has your stack, your doses, your bloodwork and your Apple Health data loaded. Ask "what do I draw for 5mg from a 10mg vial in 2ml", "how is my weight tracking against my retatrutide cycle", or "did my IGF-1 move on tesamorelin", and get an answer from your own numbers.

Level Buildup: See your compound levels build from each trough to peak. Every dose is charted against the published half-life of your compound, so you know exactly when you've reached the right zone at the right titration, how each dose is keeping you there, and how much a missed dose can actually move the needle.

Bloodwork: Upload a PDF or a photo of your labs. Every biomarker is extracted and out-of-range values flagged, then kept where they can be read against the compounds that might be moving them.

Compound Library: 202 compounds with mechanisms, dose ranges, half-lives, expected timelines and side-effect profiles, each referenced to clinical sources. Retatrutide, tirzepatide and semaglutide. Testosterone esters, Masteron, Anavar. Tesamorelin, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, MK-677, Ipamorelin and CJC-1295. Creatine, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3, and more.

AI calorie and nutrition tracking: Scan any meal with your camera. Snap a photo, scan a barcode, or scan a nutrition label and Milligram extracts calories, protein, carbs and fat instantly. Track every meal against your daily targets with a clean macro breakdown.

Apple Health: Two-way sync for sleep, HRV, vitals, activity, weight and body composition, so protocol data and health data sit in the same timeline.

### 5/5 — Great experience

*2026-08-13*

The app is super easy to use, the AI overviews are really informative, and the developer is very responsive. 10/10

### 4/5 — Excellent app, but the trial is too short

*2026-08-07*

Some peptides I have not even got a chance to use via the app or only one use, because the free trial is only 3 days. I like the premise of the app and the functionality a lot. Wish there was a way to get a longer trial

### 1/5 — Pay wall before you try

*2026-07-23*

I’m sure these 120 reviews are from the dev and friends this needs so much more work not worth $70$/yr

### 1/5 — No free option

*2026-07-19*

To start off the app looks amazing, the issue is there’s no option to use it as a free app, after the onboarding (which is easy and seamless) there’s a bunch of intrusive adds for discounts and that ever infuriating temu discount spinning wheel, then it just gets to the start free trial with no option to skip. If I could try the app for a few weeks as a free version I’d likely purchase it, unfortunately this just isn’t possible.

### 5/5 — App crash

*2026-07-15*

All was going well until the free trial ended. I had opted for annual subscription loaded all info and app crashed - guess that’s one way to get a years fee. Subscription cancelled but of course that was on the fourth day so well played on there part
Can’t even get to reopen after trying all the usual - reboot phone, remove app, reinstall.
Very disappointing and outright theft

**Developer response:** Hey mate, the bug causing the app to crash has since been fixed in version 5.1.0. Email us at support@milligramapp.com if you're still having any issues, and I'll sort out a free subscription for you for your troubles. Cheers

### 2/5 — Is ok

*2026-07-12*

Got the app two days ago. Payment is whatever not too cheap not too expensive but woke up this morning to log in My supplements and the app keeps crashing if the app crash didn’t crash still worked it would’ve been perfect, but now I can’t do anything on that because it’s not opening. Can we fix this please? ASAP.

**Developer response:** Hey mate, appreciate the review. The bug causing the app to crash has been fixed in version 5.1.0, email us support@milligramapp.com if there's still any issues, cheers

*2026-07-08*

Just started using this, and man…well done!! So helpful? Many good and useful features, very clean layout. I like how it can integrate with apple health and its metrics. Maybe one day is can use other apps like Macrofactor or mfp too (::

### 5/5 — Love Milligram

*2026-07-06*

Perfect app for keeping all of your peps together and know where you're up to with dosing and vials.

### 4/5 — almost perfect

*2026-07-06*

add feature for pre mixed vials of multiple compounds

**Developer response:** Hey yxngramirez, great idea - we’re actually already working on an inventory tracking system that includes this too! Let us know how you find it when the update is live :)

### 26.0.0 — 2026-08-13

Thank you for your ongoing support and use of Milligram. This is the most work we have ever put into one update, and nearly all of it went into the screens you use every day. Home has been redesigned from first principles, and your schedule now works the way you actually dose and use the app day-to-day instead of the way it's strictly made to be written down. Read below for all the changes:

Home and dose schedules
– The top of Home is now an interactive dial representing a days due doses, instead of singular countdown. Tap it to switch between between dose/compound info with ease.
– Editing your schedule no longer changes your past. Move a compound from Monday to Tuesday and every Monday you already logged stays where it was.
– Doses taken after midnight count towards the day before, up to 3am - to allow for late night doses to properly match your late sleep schedules.
– Postpone a dose. Hold it on your schedule and move it to a later time or date. The reminder and the projection move with it, and it is never counted as missed when it wasn't.
– Logging after the fact asks you what time you took it. Backdated doses no longer get stamped with the time you logged it in the app, but when you actually took it.
– A dose is marked missed when its scheduled day ends, not when its arbitrary dose window time passes; for example: weekly compounds are no longer flagged missed a few hours after the reminder.
– Tap a row to log it. Hold it or tap the three dots for postpone, skip, edit and delete.

New and improved: daily routines
– Schedule a weigh in, a body scan or a journal entry on the home tab, right below your dose schedules, each with its own reminder.

Layout and settings
– On iOS 26 you can set your fourth tab to the Calculator, to Profile, or to neither. You can also choose where Milligram Intelligence sits easily from from navigation settings, and stop the tab bar shrinking when you scroll if preferred.
– New account page, and one notifications page listing everything the app can send you, each switchable on its own. Much more customisability.
– Every settings row now has a coloured native styled icon, so you can find exactly what you're looking for with a scan, instead of having to dig through.

Milestones rework
– 22 new beautiful 3D interactive medals across 11 series, earned for doses logged, perfect streaks, meals tracked, weight goals being achieved and more.
New app icons
– 5 new app icons across three sets. Some are available immediately, others unlock alongside medals. Check them out in the profile tab

And everything else:
– Current Level moved onto the pharmacokinetics push-page inside each compound's hub. Next dose card runs full width to replace its space.
– Charts inside a compound now match the ones on Home, and the pharmacokinetic charts are more interactive and show information cleaner.
– Nutrition settings are split across separate sub-pages instead of one long scroll, and body composition is now on a single card in health trends.

– Fixed a crash that could stop Home from loading for a small number of people when pharmacokinetic chart visuals and backend logic didn't agree.
– Speed and stability work throughout, plus you'll notice a lot of surfaces feeling and looking more polished, consistent, and intuitive.
