I like the premise of the app and the functionality a lot. Especially the AI it has came a long way and such a helpful thing within the app, also the milligram support has been so helpful since I had a few bugs but all sorted now. The logic and flow needs a review and the dosing side should be front and center along with a cycle tracker. Latest update is a big improvement. Logic and flow is better. The features are great reminding you when to take your doses in your desired frequency also allowing many different peptides to be tracked at once, super easy and effective to use!! What stands out the most is the ai feature that will personalise its response according to your dosage and usage so you get a personalised touch from the app. Though this app does not give medical advice, rather from a research perspective the information and features you get to access is definitely worth the subscription. The backend logic for some of the pharmacokinetic live curves for sure needed a tweak and we’re glad to say that after many iterations we have found a way to present the info in the best and most accurate way possible now :) ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pay wall before you try *2026-07-23* I’m sure these 120 reviews are from the dev and friends this needs so much more work not worth $70$/yr ### 1/5 — No free option *2026-07-19* To start off the app looks amazing, the issue is there’s no option to use it as a free app, after the onboarding (which is easy and seamless) there’s a bunch of intrusive adds for discounts and that ever infuriating temu discount spinning wheel, then it just gets to the start free trial with no option to skip. If I could try the app for a few weeks as a free version I’d likely purchase it, unfortunately this just isn’t possible. ### 1/5 — Unusable due to paywall *2026-07-05* Might be worth it for some if you’re willing to pay for a subscription. Alternatively any Ai service can do everything that this does and more. You spend the first 5 minutes doing a lengthy onboarding and once you’ve finished that you will be hit with a paywall loop that doesn’t allow you back into the app unless you opt for the free trial or subscribe. **Developer response:** Hey mate, honestly like this take. I agree - any AI service like claude definitely can do what this app does for people who are AI native (although most people aren't) - but I like to see our app as an easily accessible ecosystem for your protocol, that's made specifically for it with things like dose tracking, reminders and easy access to charts and data that I don't see possible to make simply by quickly vibecoding slop that's gonna be something as streamlined and thought out as our app is. In terms of the paywall; we actually lose money on API fees for users who use the AI daily, so I hope that gives some insight there too. If you don't see value during your trial, just cancel. I would rate the zero stars if I could. Finally get in, then get met with a hard paywall rendering the app unusable. What a waste of time. **Developer response:** Hey Daveo, there's actually a 3-day free trial that unlocks the full app, so it shouldn't be a hard wall. If it didn't show up for you, email support@milligramapp.com and I'll sort out a subscription for you no worries. ### 1/5 — Not worth the money!!! *2026-04-06* Despite the developer claiming that my review is defamatory and false, this review is completely honest. I added Mots-C into the list of peptides and even though I selected for it to be listed as “Other” it added it to the skin category. Despite what the developer claims, I stand by my review. This calculator lacks in so many ways. It is nothing more than a calendar that tracks your peptides. It also does not contain some of the most common peptides like MOTS-C and NAD+. It only incudes 38 peptides, and most are not that commonly used. The custom dosage is just more presets. For example, I use MOTS-C 5 days a week and take 2 days off. You cannot set the custom dosage for anything other than regular presets. You also cannot delete the added preset stacks or rename a stack. This app has a long way to go before it is something even remotely useable or something worth paying for. The app does have a full reconstitution calculator (it's the dedicated Calculator tab) where you can set your peptide amount (mg), bac water added (ml), and desired dose. You can also create fully custom protocols with any combination of compounds, dosage, rename them, and you're never locked into the preset templates. MOTS-C and NAD+ have both already been in the compound library since the start. Always adding more though, happy to help if you reach out directly. ### 2/5 — Is ok *2026-07-12* Got the app two days ago. Payment is whatever not too cheap not too expensive but woke up this morning to log in My supplements and the app keeps crashing if the app crash didn’t crash still worked it would’ve been perfect, but now I can’t do anything on that because it’s not opening. The bug causing the app to crash has been fixed in version 5.1.0, email us support@milligramapp.com if there's still any issues, cheers ### 3/5 — Suggestion *2026-04-24* Hey Enzo, I have 2 other peptide tracking apps but to be honest, the design of yours is the cleanest, but not the most practical, I don’t know if I’m mistaken but I can’t see to find any button to log a dose besides the ones you already pre set up, I injected Reta today but it won’t let me log it because it’s already programmed for next week’s Tuesday, also even tho it asked me for my weight and I put it in it just completely ignored it showed that my weight was 123 lb which is guess is like the default the app is programmed to put but when i try to change the weight to 272 now is says that I’ve gained 120 something pounds In the last two days hahaha, but yeah just a little mistakes that should be fixed, more marketing and this project could go big, good luck! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The best *2026-08-27* What a great and helpful app ### 5/5 — Great experience *2026-08-13* The app is super easy to use, the AI overviews are really informative, and the developer is very responsive. 10/10 ### 5/5 — App crash *2026-07-15* All was going well until the free trial ended. Subscription cancelled but of course that was on the fourth day so well played on there part Can’t even get to reopen after trying all the usual - reboot phone, remove app, reinstall. Good simple for pep tracking. Now from all the features, you can’t even use the prior version.” ⭐️ Started with the app since it was free, & honestly I love it! Does exactly what it needs to do to. Help you stay on track with your pep journey, and they even went above and beyond so you won’t forget to reconstitute a new vial or how much you have left. Just downloaded as I’ve increased my stack recently and needed help tracking doses and vial amounts.. but I did not expect all the other amazing features to come with it. All of the info on peps, dosing and side effects is 100% accurate and invaluable - but even better is the ability to upload/compare bloodwork results, get super accurate and personalised help (with anything including meal plans) from built in AI, track the peak of your pep effects etc. It’s not just for peptides but helps keep track of so many aspects of your health!! Never come across anything like it. And the design is perfect and super easy to navigate.
