## What is MilliLog?

Is your game controller drifting? Missing inputs? Acting inconsistently?

MilliLog helps you find out.

MilliLog is a precision testing and logging tool for game controllers on iPhone and iPad. It records every button press, stick movement, trigger pull, touchpad interaction, and gyroscope event, allowing you to inspect exactly what your controller is doing.

Whether you're debugging a game, testing hardware, or verifying that a controller works correctly, MilliLog turns controller behavior into measurable data.

Features
• Monitor multiple controllers simultaneously.
• View all inputs in real time.
• Export complete input logs as CSV or JSON.
• Test haptic feedback with continuous vibration mode for extended testing.
• Test DualSense adaptive triggers: set the resistive force of L2 and R2 independently and try Constant, Weapon, Vibration, and Slope effects.
• Change controller light colors (supported controllers).
• Check battery level.
• Play optional sound feedback for inputs.
• Includes React, a built-in reaction-time minigame for one to four local players — sign in to Game Center to save your best times to the leaderboard.

Supports any controller compatible with Apple's GameController framework, including DualSense, Xbox Wireless Controller, and many MFi-compatible devices.

Built for developers, QA testers, hardware enthusiasts, repair technicians, and gamers who want objective controller diagnostics.

Perfect for testing stick drift, dead zones, button reliability, vibration motors, adaptive triggers, and overall controller health.

MilliLog is also available on the Mac — one purchase covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

No ads. No tracking. No in-app purchases. One purchase. Yours forever.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.2 — 2026-08-01

What's New in 1.4.2
- New Liquid Glass app icon, with a dedicated dark mode variant.
- Haptic tests now keep your iPhone or iPad awake for the duration of the run, no more interrupted measurements.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-06-24

MilliLog now connects to Game Center. Set your best reaction time, then check the leaderboard to see where you land against players around the world.

### 1.4 — 2026-06-14

New in 1.4
• MilliLog comes to the Mac! The full controller testing toolkit is now a native Mac app — and one purchase covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
• Section names now appear in your language — German users finally see "Einstellungen" instead of "Settings".
• The About screen links to the new MilliLog website, and all support links open the German pages on German devices.
• Easier stick zoom: the whole stick graph is now tappable, not just the dot.
• Export buttons are disabled while the log is empty, so it's clear when there's nothing to export.

### 1.3 — 2026-06-12

New in 1.3
• Feel the force! On DualSense controllers, the Live tab now has a Force slider for each trigger — set L2 and R2 resistance independently, from feather-light to full stiffness.
• Choose how each trigger fights back with the new Mode menu: Constant resistance, a Weapon-style snap release, a buzzing Vibration, or a Slope that gets stiffer the deeper you pull.
• Trigger resistance is released automatically when you leave the app or disconnect the controller, so your controller never stays stiff in your games.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-03

New in 1.2
• Gyroscope sounds! Controllers with a gyroscope now make sound as you move them, with a different voice for each axis — a rattle, a deep rumble, and a pulsing beat.
• New sound controls in Settings: switch Gyroscope Sounds on or off, and use the new Sensitivity slider to fine-tune how much movement it takes to make a sound (set it to 0% to turn motion sounds off entirely).
• Motion sounds now stay quiet during the React mini-game, so nothing distracts from your reaction time.
• Fixed an issue where the battery indicator could show 100% for controllers that don't report their real battery level — it now shows "Battery info unavailable" instead.
