This app used to be amazing but suddenly the calibration is very off so it’s completely inaccurate.

The app is fine on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Very nice and full featured. But the ruler is off 1/16 inch on an iPad Pro 12.9 2021 and 1/8 inch on an iPad Mini 6. This is downloaded as of 2/12/22.

Could be better if there is another way to increase/decrease values other than touch screen as I always wast my time trying to got the correct measure by touch screen

Как измерять все понятно, но погрешность огромная. Вместо 20 мм показывать 15 это шлишком.

Nützlich und ohne Schnickschnack programmiert. Jetzt auch eine Möglichkeit zum Ändern der Hintergrundfarbe (weiß auf schwarz), praktisch wenn man ein durchsichtiges Objekt drauflegt und ausmisst. Schwarz auf weiß wäre da noch geeigneter, aber fast perfekt.

but I do love I found u ~ however, I find I do not use u. I am a Jeweler and Potter that needs mm and inch measurements visually as well (represented as a ruler would) The grid is more than 2 mms,  so visually it is easier to use my good ole completely off brass calipers. Aggghhhhh!!!! 

The concentric measurement could come in handy with pottery. 

Show me true mms, and I would be happy.

Can't get it to scale properly, scale is way off (30% high), perhaps right for smaller iPad, totally useless for me! Needs a calibration option...

I have been waiting for years for an app developer to create a diameter ruler for ME. 😊 Thank you very much! I am an avid brooch collector and I get tired of having to estimate the size of a brooch using a linear or t-square ruler when a diameter ruler would oftentimes give me a better visual. If you wanted to make my year, make an option where I could stretch one side of my circle to create an oval/rectangular shape to better visualize the size of jewelry that has more oval/rectangular dimensions than circular. Great work! Thanks again!

**Developer response:** Please check the description, this app is a ruler for small object measurements on screen. If you need measurement with camera, please see our other applications (Partometer, Partometer3D), where measurements can be done on photos with a reference.

You have an option to buy a ruler, caliper, protractor and TPI measure tool
and keep it in your pocket.
Or you can tell us more details how we can improve it to make it work for you.

Can't add image info not much help, help file none

Worked great until I upgraded to the iPhone 6 where the different screen size causes inaccurate measurements! This app literally has one job and it doesn't do it correctly anymore.

The app seems broken and that the only way you can change any angle / dimension / etc is to type an exact number. 

You need to do *something* if the user is tapping and dragging around. Even if it’s flashing the lock icon. Or default the lock to off. I get it finally, but also the fact that orientation is locked makes it really confusing what the lock does.


Also, when you set a diameter and then go back to set it again, the value has mysteriously halved.

Приложение очень удобно мне для работы. Но с какой-то момента не ставится точка и я не могу ввести дробные значения. Приходится пальцами дотягивать. Например : нельзя ввести 5,5 или 7,89 - запятая просто не работает. Но раньше было всё в порядке. Пожалуйста исправьте. Спасибо!!

Auf meinem iPad stimmte die Skalierung nicht. Ein kurzer Mailaustausch mit dem Entwickler und schon funktioniert alles.
Gerade keinen Meßschieber zur Hand? Das Vermessen mit dem iPad war noch nie so einfach. Egal ob Längen oder Durchmesser, einfach die Meßlinien von beiden Seiten anschieben und den Wert ablesen. Für mich eine super nützliche App.
