This app changes the diameter of my end mill as I start entering data. 

You should be able to set the size and lock it
Same with rpm or feed

Only does the one calculation, surface speed table only for HSS and in SFM not metric, chip loading only in imperial and app doesn’t give output in mm/min only a few different units available.
