Easy to find workouts, what I like most of all is the daily workouts to follow. I now don’t have to think ‘arms, legs, abs etc as if I follow the workouts it’s there for you. I am a 66 year old reasonably fit woman but these exercises would be for younger fitter than me people as well. Cheaper than a gym membership and I like actually hearing him talk me through, I don’t need music even though on the latest ones there is music attached.
