I forgot all about the app and I come back and nothing works. I press link card for cash back and it says error contact support. I try entering in a drawing and it says the same thing. Enter contest thru Twitter. *2022-11-04, version 2.3.0* I was on the millions train early on & I won money on their instragram in 2021 & then again on Twitter 2022. I had the debit card and would enter the contest regularly. They told us they were changing banks in the summer and It’s been 2 months since the card stopped working in September. If you win thru this app there no way to collect so you won’t get your money. Save yourself & just enter thru Twitter where they actually pay thru cashapp. ### 1/5 — Absolutely ridiculous!! *2022-10-31, version 2.3.0* I join the “Millions family” about 1 1/2 months ago and it’s just been an aggravation since. I signed up and was told I was put on the waitlist to get a card, they were changing banks, etc.. But, then I won the daily drawing for $100. I was so excited because I’d never won anything before. They never contacted me, I had to reach out to customer service when I saw my name posted as a winner a few days later. I was told that I could not access those funds until the bank changeover was complete and that there was no other way they could get those winnings to me. Customer service was very short and offered no help. They told me they were sorry for any inconvenience. About a week later I saw where they were continuing to have these daily drawings on the app and on Twitter and sending them to Cashapp or Venmo. I reached out to customer service again and this time I was told my balance was gonna b mailed to me by paper check. So, I laid off for awhile but here we are over a month later and still…nothing. And no word on this new bank. They stopped using Bankcorp bank n July, surely there’s been time to changeover by now?! So, I reached out again this Friday and was told that I would have access to my funds by the end of October. I double checked and made him type it again so I was sure. Well…it’s October 31st and today I was told again by a different agent all about the bank changeover and that they don’t even have a new bank yet. She said they’re “working on” a way to send winnings to ppl. When I sent them a screenshot of what I was told Friday and my $Cashtag, they just ignored me. They never even read the last part of our conversation!! I can’t believe Ive been treated like a nuisance since day 1. Apparently I’m not supposed to actually EXPECT the money they’ve promised that I’ve won unless it’s convenient for them. I don’t know if this is happening to everyone that wins the drawings or just me but it’s no way to keep a customer. And I’m sure not gonna recommend the app to anyone else now. I would have if all this hadn’t happened. I’ve noticed on all of Millions platforms they handle negative comments by ignoring them and just not answering. Seems like this is just how they do business…ignore what they don’t want to deal with from customers with issues and comment only on the ones that r tooting their horns. I had seen and heard good things about Millions before all this. I’m disappointed with the way things r turning out tho. ### 3/5 — Extremely Long Waitlist *2022-10-05, version 2.3.0* I really like the app and often participate in surveys to earn tickets to enter the daily drawings. I’ve even won a dollar doing so. I would love to be able to use the rest of the features but I’ve yet to have the opportunity to get a card. It’s been close to 4 months now. I’ve tried contacting support, but they tell me they have no estimated timeframe either. I understand the waitlist, but I just wish I had an idea of how long the wait may be. ### 1/5 — High hopes *2022-09-03, version 2.3.0* I had some really high hopes for this card, especially since the face of it was a black man and me being one to support my people, I was really hoping this would be a great card to use to win incentives for spending, etc. but my disappointment came in when Bankcorp separated from them, after they constantly advertised to use direct deposit in their app, Twitter, email, etc even now! BUT, they didn’t feel the need to put this update in the app itself, and get surprised when ppl who use their APP don’t see current information as vital as no longer accepting deposits on their card. I’ve waste two weeks of my life having to figure out how to get my money because my check was sent back to my job. Now I’m literally behind on bills because of this ‘small change’ and I wish they would have more concern for their customers. Everybody might not use Twitter or email as a source of info as much as the APP THEY ADVERTISE FOR US TO USE when it comes to major company changes like this. Either way, I’m sure my disappointment and lack of support won’t change this, just wanted to express how when you’re asking ppl to support you with THEIR money, I would think y’all would do everything in your power for your customers to know, especially when A LOT of your customers work paycheck to paycheck and rely on your company to make sure those funds get from point A to point B. It’s been a year since they announced their plans to find a new bank. That’s because it’s run by amateurs who know nothing about banking or finance. Do yourself a favor and report this app to remove them from the App Store. Report them to the OCC - they need to be held accountable for stolen funds.
