Millpond turns your body's signals into one honest number — your daily calm score.

Each morning, Millpond reads your resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep and daytime patterns from Apple Health and weighs them against your own baseline. The result is a single 0–100 score that reflects how calm your body actually was — not a generic chart, but your calm.
