## What is MilMil?

MilMil brings your recipes, meal planning, grocery list and step-by-step cooking together in one simple app.

Save recipes from links, photos or your voice. Find ideas based on what's in your fridge and how much time you have. Then turn them into a weekly plan and a grocery list sorted by aisle.

SAVE RECIPES ANY WAY YOU LIKE
• Paste a link from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest or any recipe site
• Scan a page from a cookbook
• Add a recipe with a voice note or simply type it out
• MilMil keeps the original creator's name and a link back to their recipe

DISCOVER WHAT TO COOK
• What's in my fridge? Snap a shelf or list what you have
• Ready in… choose any time from 5 to 45 minutes
• Leftovers, 5-ingredient meals and Use it up ideas
• Surprise me: one tap, one idea, even offline
• Ask MilMil anything about your kitchen: what to cook, what to swap, how to get it right

MADE FOR YOU
Set your diet, allergies, cooking style, household, weekly budget, daily calorie target, cooking confidence and the appliances you have. MilMil uses your setup to suggest more relevant ideas and plans. Change anything later in Settings.

PLAN YOUR WEEK
Organize breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks by day, week or month, and see your daily calories at a glance. Log meals in the food diary against today's targets.

SHOP WITH EASE
Your plan becomes a grocery list grouped by aisle, with every item linked to its recipe. Tick items off as you shop and add your own.

COOK WITH CONFIDENCE
Follow clear step-by-step instructions, adjust servings and switch between metric and imperial units.

NUTRITION INFORMATION
Where available, MilMil shows estimated nutrition per serving. Values are estimates based on ingredient data and may vary with brands, preparation and portion sizes. They are for information only and are not medical or dietary advice.
