## What is Milo?

Build daily habits with a pet to keep you company.

Meet Milo, a habit tracker with a self-care pet. Set small daily goals, check in with your mood, and make time for yourself in a world you can make your own.

DAILY GOALS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE
Choose a goal or create your own. Build recurring habits, set a one-time goal, or start a seven-day program. Track goals you complete once or several times a day, set reminders, and see your streaks and weekly progress.

A PET AND A WORLD TO MAKE YOUR OWN
Choose an egg and hatch your Milo. Complete goals to fuel Milo's deep dives and discover keepsakes from his adventures. Finish quests to earn rewards. Try outfits, choose furniture, and decorate the cove. Small steps give you more to discover together.

MOOD CHECK-INS AND EVENING REFLECTIONS
Name how you feel and add a little context about your day. Make room for a quick evening check-in before bed. Read Milo's illustrated journal reflections on moments from your conversations.

A LITTLE TIME TO FOCUS
Choose a 5, 15, 25, or 45-minute focus session. Give a task, a study session, or a moment for yourself your attention, one session at a time.

GOALS WITH FRIENDS
Add friends with a code, share goals, and send good vibes. Keep a streak together and encourage each other along the way.

SPACE TO TALK IT THROUGH
Share a small win, a difficult decision, or a thought that keeps coming back. Talk with Milo about your day and explore what is on your mind.

Start with one small goal, one check-in, or one conversation. Make room for yourself with Milo.
