App pushes users in ends loop wholes to activate their cards in the end the card is not activated.. its been like this for a while now

Just worthless. Fancy design but doesn’t get the basics right. Obsolete functionality. Randomly forgets passwords. A pain!

Balance is not showing up and budget section is loading but not showing up anything, also transactions is getting lost, and I cant see what amount I received or spent. Please fix the bugs.

The quality of this app is very low. They are only interested in collecting information from you for their big data pool. They are now even forcing you to go through a double authentication with as only option email as this is cheap for them but annoying for you.

When you need to use the app, it doesn’t remember your user info and you need to login and complete 2fa every single time. Terrible

Nice idea to have an integrated mobility solution you can use to park your car, or buy public transport tickets. But for other (shared) mobility solutions you still need the included visa card, no integrations there.
Bad things: the app always forgets your login credentials, and when you enter them, thinks its the first time ever you use the app. This is super annoying. Also except for fuel they almost always ask payment service costs. Also virtually impossible to use up the full monthly budget as some minimum budget is sometimes needed. For fuelling also mostly some money is left after the pump stops.

Application avec une utilisabilité proche de 0. Expérience utilisateur très mauvaise ! Je n’ai jamais utilisé une application aussi mal conçue. Ne cesse de se déconnecter. Pour se reconnecter, la procédure est semblable aux 12 travaux d’Hercule !

Got logged out after an update and cannot log in since the keyboard is bugged, pretty much rendering the app useless. You would expect the app to get tested on the latest iOS release/devices. Using iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 14.6.

They miss one basic feature! The budget spent on each category. 
On the other hand they have very unuseful features like  links to transport companies from diffrent counties diffrent than mine. 
Come one is XXI century!

J’ai un budget « essence » uniquement. Je ne peux pas acheter de ticket SNCB etc. 

L’app me montre sur la page d’accueil
- les stations essences
- un lien pour acheter des tickets. (Option désactivée sur ma carte). 

Pourquoi ne pas permettre d’afficher simplement le budget restant sur la carte? C’est quand même la chose la plus importante non? Le pire c’est que dans les transactions, on voit les credits/débits mais pas le total restant. 

Obligé d’aller des les options pour voir le solde. C’est n’importe quoi non?

Et permettez de supprimer ce qui ne sert à rien de la page d’accueil. JE NE PEUX PAS ACHETER DE TICKET DE TRAIN.
