## What is Milo?

Milo is a precision workout logger built for those who need no motivation — only a record.

Named after Milo of Croton, the ancient Greek wrestler who grew stronger by carrying the same calf every day as it grew into a bull, Milo is built on a single idea: show up, add weight, repeat. The app does not celebrate you. It does not remind you to train. It does not reward your streaks. It simply keeps an honest, uncluttered record of your work over time.
Milo is the third application in the Telos Studios suite, alongside Theseus and Aurelius — tools built for those who take their inner growth seriously.

What Milo does:
Log your circuits, splits, and exercises with complete flexibility. Every exercise is yours to define — choose from an expansive curated set of attributes including weight, reps, sets, RPE, pace, heart rate, rounds, elevation gain, and more. No category forces you into a template. Build the log that reflects how you actually train.
Watch your progress in a clean, interactive line chart. Scrub through your entire history and see every attribute logged at any point in time. The data is yours — precise, unambiguous, and always accessible.

Switch between light and dark mode. Sync your data across every device with a free account, or train without one and keep everything local.
Milo does not gamify your training. It records it.
