However app directions have Bluetooth option which don't show up. Will revisit review in a month. Lock is not as advertised *2017-05-09, version 2.2* Bought the lock for my property to use for airbnb, after installation the main feature did not work (paring without having access to the rear of the lock) I contacted the owner and the company. They told me they removed the Bluetooth paring option, but would contact me via email and send me updated instructions, and replace the option. Haven't heard back from them and it's been over 2 weeks. I've sent numerous emails, with no response. Don't buy this product. I don't want to send the lock back but Bluetooth was the main reason I bought it. I sent an email to customer support and they replied asking what type of phone I had. It doesn’t have the options listed in instructions (such as adding a password), I had to uninstall and reinstall the lock many times in the app before it would let me get to the lock/unlock screen; it took multiple more times for it to allow me to name the lock; The instructions didn’t list troubleshooting for the problem I had, which is it would lock when enter code to unlock, and it would unlock when I pressed to lock it (but had to enter code when the lock shouldn’t require that). We had to Google the issue. Thank You ### 5/5 — Quick installation and pairing with iPhone 8’s *2018-03-28, version 2.4* I purchased 2 locks for my front door and side door, because my locks were getting worn out found these on woot for a great price and installed them and paired each lock to 6 iPhone 8’s pairing was pretty easy but I did have to cycle bt on/off on one of my daughters phone before it would pair, once it pairs you hit the s button and save it and that’s it. App allows you to cycle between multiple locks with personalized lock naming it shows battery life and shows you exact time that you used the app to lock and unlock the password part works fine and keys work fine so far very pleased going to try them out more and may add a few more in the future ### 5/5 — I want to use with apple watch too! *2018-03-07, version 2.4* Please~!! ### 4/5 — It worked! *2017-11-28, version 2.4* Took me 5mins to set up on my phone. Whereas my lock has a switch for On-Off for the Auto-lock feature. The install talks about switching it to Off when you program the pass code. But for the phone Bluetooth to connect it needs to be set to On.
