And I am getting to use it more and more frequently. They picked you at a certain bus stop not far from your location and drop you at the nearest destination. Sometimes alone. Other time with one or two passengers. Ensuring you will arrive at the destination on time. SMART car provides convenience to passengers especially the senior or disabilities. That’s great👍👍👍 The ride arrived earlier than ETA this morning. Anyway it is good to get to the destination earlier😂 Feeling warm when getting on the car this morning. With heat inside. Thoughtful 👍👍👍 With SMART, I can even get my multiple journeys booked ahead 👍👍👍 Lucky that I have tried the newly bought Van of SMART today. The van is roomy inside with 5 seats at the back. There is a small space for getting on and off. It is more convenient and easier👏👏👏 ### 5/5 — SMART really convenient 😂 *2024-10-29* Took the ride over 6 times. Definitely worth it and much more cost effective than Uber/lyft ### 5/5 — I love SMART *2023-12-18* I am a senior citizen using SMART for the last 6 months best ,affordable, safe transportation The staff is very polite and helpful 🎈🙏🏻👍 ### 5/5 — 😊 *2023-11-22* Dropped my car to honda dealer to fix of some recall , i thought like honda will give me a ride home because they said that it will take the whole day to fix it, like never expected. Good that we have a milpitas smart to save the day for time like this , convenient and got the ride for free because of the holiday. Thank you so much. ### 5/5 — On time and very affordable *2023-11-02* This is my first time and I am really impressed. I definitely use this service for my kids to school rather than bus. ### 5/5 — Good *2023-09-12* This app is very good for students:) ### 5/5 — First Ride *2023-06-30* Tried the service recommended by my colleagues. As a newcomer to Cali and have been taking Uber for so long, this is a very great service with fair price! They’ll pick you up somewhere not far from your place and drop you off. This is a shared ride service but I was alone in my ride. 100% satisfaction and recommendation for SMART! ### 5/5 — First time *2023-06-21* Saw SMART a couple of times while in Lyfts. Thought it was a scam at first until I googled it and saw it was legit. Had my first ride this morning. Very similar to Lyft/Uber but at a 90% reduced price. They pick you up/drop you off at set areas that are not far from your initial spot. I was told sometimes they pick up multiple people at once but I was alone. Goodbye Uber/Lyft!!! ### 5/5 — Picked up Ontime *2023-06-13* I placed a ride for my mom at 5:05pm and it came to pick up 5:14. This ride picked up my mom on time and arrived earlier than I expected. It is more convenience compared to taking a bus. Good job Aaron! ### 5/5 — Super convenient and easy *2023-06-08* It’s extremely easy using the app. The vehicle arrived within the given timeframe. It’s very affordable to go around Milpitas city and I would highly recommend smart ### 5/5 — App works perfectly *2023-04-08* For those who can’t create an account, please follow direction. You need to click and read both terms and condition before you can move on to the next step. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unable to register *2026-06-16* Tried registering but the checkbox is not getting clicked ### 1/5 — Late Driver *2023-11-08* Does this app even work? My pick up never arrived, and the app was very buggy. I was late to work… ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2023-10-02* The parents was waiting near the pickup spot. The driver passed by and did not stop to wait. Consequently, My parents could not come to work and they had to ask their employer for a day off. My parents are seniors. This is the first they use this service, and also the last time they use this horrible service. Bye and never come back. ### 1/5 — Can’t Create An Account *2022-10-08* This app doesn’t work. Can’t create an account. ### 4/5 — A reliable and affordable transportation for students *2025-02-08* I have only started using this app last year October—I started taking it as the walk to the bus stop to my school, is almost a 10 mins; I could definitely use some more time getting ready before school. Overall, smart has been a reliable and affordable transportation with decent drivers, for me as a student myself. ### 4/5 — Pay cash better *2024-12-17* Been a customer of Smart ride for over a year. App works great no issues with it. However when you book and for some unforeseen circumstances you want to cancel and you used your bank card you won’t get a refund for the ride you have not used. I did not knew about this. So when you book better pay in cash in case you want to cancel you wont be charge and don’t lose your money. ### 5/5 — Milpitas SMART Review *2026-05-05* Its a great service. Very easy to book and to select times. One thing, I wish there was more times, but overall, affordable rides, nice drivers, convenient times, and easy to book. Would recommend! ### 5/5 — Provide convenience to residents *2025-07-10* Took the ride over 6 times. And I am getting to use it more and more frequently.
