Since I needed to return it, I raised a request through the app, and a pickup was scheduled for the 30th. Nobody showed up.Since then, I have called the Milton toll-free customer care number twice. Both times, the support team assured me that my return pickup had been "prioritised," yet absolutely no one has come to collect the item to date.Buying from the official brand app should mean a seamless experience, but their post-purchase support and return coordination are incredibly poor. I am now stuck with an unwanted product because of their unfulfilled promises.
