The battery syncs and connects to the app just fine but I plug it into my heated jacket and that doesn’t register.
Really is a shame how much potential this has.

Not happy, spent almost $300 for a heated jacket and slim battery and can’t get them to 
sync up no matter what I try. Waste of time and money.

App seems to do well, but the widgets need some work every time I look at it it says it needs to be refreshed so I have to open the app to refresh it. It’s pointless to have if I have to open the app every time to see it.

Was so annoyed when I found out my battery had a parasitic drain upon initial launch. The battery would die in less than a week not connected to the jacket from it. Happy to see Milwaukee released an app update which appears to have corrected the issue. Been testing my battery after fully charging it for over a week and happy to report that the battery is still at 100%

Milwaukee finally announced a smart battery solution for their heated gear line after years of users complaining about the terrible M12 battery solution. The slim battery showed up at my local HD and I quickly picked 4 of them up. Once I got them charged up, I downloaded the app and it connected up each battery quickly with no issues. The app is simple and shows the battery percentage in an easy layout with all your batteries up front with each having their own tile and control. If you do not have a new Hexon garment then this app is fairly basic. However I also picked up a new Hexon shell and vest which has heated zone control which can be controlled in the app. It’s very intuitive and easily to turn on and off areas in your Hexon garment with simple taps on the control panel within the app. Overall, nice job Milwaukee. They designed an excellent app.
