The only way to fix is uninstall the app and start again ### 3/5 — Works ok, constant need to reinstall *2023-09-13, version 4.4.1* Typically get a “binding error” every couple of weeks. Painful. Just two other features in my opinion would make this perfect. 1) notifications of new emails arriving 2) something to highlight read and unread messages. That’s because some idiot IT departments think it’s somehow a good use of their customers’ time to log into Mimecast every time they send you a simple, non sensitive email. Duuuuuur. The idea of email is to make things faster not desperately slower. So, Mr Mimecast, I’d like you to have an app that IT department victims like me can use to access your customers’ annoying emails because this one doesn’t do the trick. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2018-06-10, version 4.0.2* Worked the first day I installed and used it, now for the last 4 days it just keeps saying “ loading content “ and I cannot open important emails when out of the office. It’s a useful app but it’s not kept current ### 1/5 — Won’t Log In *2025-01-17, version 4.4.1* My company uses SSO with Entra to log in. I cannot get past the initial screen where I enter my email address. The circle just spins forever. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and rebooted my phone. ### 1/5 — Needs updating *2024-10-06, version 4.4.1* Great app for admin work in monitoring Admin Held Queue while away from workstation but has some major issues that need addressing hence the 1 star review. In iOS 18 the application now freezes when opening any image attachments and either requires a restart or a long wait for the option to close the image. Additionally, the mobile app does not log much of the activity done by the administrator using the app compared to administrator logging while using a web browser from workstation. Two things would be super great one is that if we can get notifications when emails come in with a little number of email showing unread similar to iphone and ipad. We can use it as a backup if exchange is down when in the move and also those phones we don't approve or personnel phones for our users. The other one is I get users always saying can you release my email as I am the admin. Would be good if we have a super admin section based on our login credentials where this can be done.
