I called the number I needed to record through their app like it says. The operator kept saying the number was no longer in service every time. I called the same number without using their app & my call went through. Hmmm ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-06-21* This bought this and it never work now I cancel it and it send me an email to renew they even try taking money from my account. What going on??? I suggest if you need this service for anything important that you don’t waste your time or money and go with another service. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. Thank you. ### 5/5 — Well Worth It *2021-05-25, version 3.7* I’m a Private Investigator and I frequently need to get recorded statements from witnesses. This app is perfect for that. Calls are seamless, quality is great, and recordings are very easy to navigate/share. One feature I discovered that works great for me is calling my witness first, asking permission to record the call (I’m in a two-party consent state) dialing the Mimik number directly (I created a contact with their number) then merging the two calls together (it solves the issue of 30 seconds of dead air if you begin the recording from the app). It is so easy! ### 1/5 — SCAM??? *2021-05-04, version 3.7* I can not get this app to work ever. It is now stuck on the page to “renew subscription” even though I paid for a year and it does not expire until April, 2022.
