I have been trying to cancel this for SO long, but there’s no option on the website to do so. I’ve reached out to customer support, but they are LAGGING so that they can continue to charge. They responded 7/16 saying that they would cancel my subscription, but I was still charged 7/27. Absolutely ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app *2025-07-09* I have cancelled my membership three times with email confirmation that it’s cancelled yet I continue to be charged. ### 1/5 — Wasted hours of my time *2024-11-03* Fantastic in theory, but in reality there is nothing good about it. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-10-10* There’s no option to create an account… couldn’t even get started. **Developer response:** There are multiple options to create an account. We cancelled your subscription within 5 minutes of your request we sent a confirmation email to you then. The Notes on the side are options to pick from to create your Progress Note and then you can print your created Progress Note. No general medicine. ### 4/5 — Very helpful, great potential *2025-02-11* I use an EMR system with my company and Mimo has been very helpful in helping me create a note that I can copy and paste into that template. My biggest frustration with the app is that saved notes do not consistently transfer from the app to the desktop and vice versa. Since I hand write my notes on my iPad during session but complete the note in EMR system, Mimo being the middle man works out great when it works the way it’s suppose to. Hopefully this is something that will be fixed in time.
