“Exception: Failed to retrieve request id ApiService.getScan”

When I go to do a body scan o get a message that says Exception: Failed to retrieve request Id
ApiService.getScan()

Have tried lots of things to get it woking with no luck! Not sure what the issue is but without the ability to create an avatar the app is useless.
