A Genova il gps molto impreciso, una volta la moto proprio non c’era.  A volte non si riesce a chiudere il noleggio e bisogna perdere tempo (e minuti di noleggio) aspettando il call center. Inoltre sarebbe meglio se le moto fossero più potenti per una città tutta in salita. In due si fatica a fare i 30h

Su un centinaio di scooter che avranno in flotta almeno una settantina sono scarichi.
Sono distribuiti malissimo per la città, in centrale per trovarne uno devi girare venti minuti.
Da anni il GPS da problemi, motorini segnati sulla mappa che non si trovano. Oggi il colmo, lascio il motorino in via Fabio Filzi e quando provo a terminare la corsa ha il coraggio di dirmi che sono fuori dalla zona operativa, quindi chiamo l’assistenza e perdo 10 minuti. L’unico servizio che ho constatato funzionare bene è per l’appunto l’assistenza perché la chiamo oramai ogni due per tre. Rispetto al 2017 ho notato un peggioramento evidente, sembra quasi che siano allo sbaraglio.

A Firenze avete escluso parti residenziali fondamentali subito fuori del centro come Soffiano, Isolotto, Gavinana. Ma come vi salta in mente??? E secondo voi a cosa serve uno scooter se lo si può usare solo in centro o in zone vuote come quella intorno all’aeroporto o firenze sud??? Scommetto che avete tracciato le linee da dietro una scrivania a Milano basandovi su chissà quali dati invece che sulla CONOSCENZA della città. 
Ero pronto a fare subito l’abbonamento al primo che fosse arrivato in città ma vedo che non ci avete capito nulla nemmeno voi (dopo le bici elettriche anch’esse messe solo in centro). I mezzi elettrici servono a coprire LUNGHE distanze!!! Se vi limitate al solo centro non servite a nulla, abbiamo già le bici!!! Aumentate l’area per favore. Così siete inutili!!! Grazie

### 1/5 — Non funziona il localizzatore nel modo piu assoluto. Giri ma non teovi niente

Classica idea giusta realizzata da principianti. App pure teoreticamente eccezzionale ma con mille difetti. Il peggiore girare come disperati alla ricerca del motorino e non trovarlo mai. Vi è una evidentissima malfunzione del localizzatore gps ma invece che intervenire la situazione è ormai insostenibile.

Utilizzo il servizio a Genova e devo dire che lo trovo molto comodo, l’interazione con la app per il flusso di sbloccaggio e termine noleggio è buona (ho avuto problemi una volta quando mi era scaduta la password per sbloccare il motorino e non capivo dove impostarla).
Tre stelle perché: 
- il gps non è preciso. Per esperienza non prenoto mai il mezzo prima, perché non sono certa che lo troverò dove dice la mappa, infatti esco con largo anticipo per trovarne uno e spesso devo camminare un bel po’. Inoltre mi è capitato di non riuscire a terminare il noleggio perché la app diceva che ero fuori area e non era vero; 
- più volte non si è aperto il bauletto perché difettoso e una volta ci ho rimesso (il servizio qui è molto usato, non escludo che i mezzi siano anche un po’ maltrattati);
- Sarebbe utile ce ne fossero di più
- Sarebbe più funzionale estendere l’area genovese

Meriterebbe 5 stelle, ma non è possibile una prenotazione da 20 minuti, è troppo tempo considerando che ci sono spesso e volentieri tutti i motorini concentrati in 2-3 zone, se ne trovi uno miracolosamente quando serve è prenotato, ma se aspetti 20 minuti scopri che non arriva nessuno! 
E poi chi ha realizzato questa splendida app potrebbe spiegare al popolo di Genova quali problemi ha con Marassi, perché non ha alcun senso la mancanza di copertura in uno dei quartieri più abitati. MIGLIORARE SUBITO QUESTA OTTIMA IDEA PER PIACERE! 
P.s. non ve ne sarete ancora accorti ma molti si mettono il motorino in garage.
