I see you just started. Quickly improve the app as it is a bit buggy. Good idea, and it would be sad to waste it.

This app will allow you to take a few minutes to remember, and analyze circumstances that may be causing your feelings to overwhelm your thoughts with sadness, defeat, and low self estime. The outcome is your decision. I thought there would be more responses to your response like chatting with a real person. Either way it’s an interesting source to allow you to take a moment to look at your situation more clearly.

A really useful app for people with stress and anxiety. Helps to track trends and monitor your status. A great free service for helping mankind. There are a few stutters here and there, but of no concern.
