Roman Zanoni has been a huge part of my healing journey, I have his book & read it over & over. It’s been so inspiring & learning how to deal with my trauma & keep my emotions in check has been life changing. This app is a useful resource for meditation, healthy recipes & so much more! This app has everything I have been searching for in one app. From identifying cognitive distortions, dealing with family dynamics, relationship guidance, lack of purpose, self actualization and a total overhaul of my daily life. If you are trying to self actualize, heal from PTSD, or simply change your life, this app will be an absolute game changer!
