I have yet to see anything other than a quote. How can I tell if this works or if I am being charged for this? Only way to connect is through some chat that has been ignored for 4 days. So no customer service to speak of. Update: connected with team. Asked to set better expectations with response time since only one-man operation. Like the programs and the information provided. If you see an offer for a discounted version if you buy now, it’s a lie. They will charge you immediately and then you will still get charged again at the end of your trial. I really enjoy the app. Just hate getting cheated. So be warned. There is no discounted version, it’s a scam. Just pay the full version after the trail. The content is good and thought provoking. The exercises and journal entries invoke a lot of self reflection and are great for improving internal dialogue. The app itself is frustrating, cumbersome and glitchy. You have to open the app constantly to move on between 2-10 minute audios. There’s no flow to the programs and the user is forced to go back to a main menu and search for where they just left off in a program. It’s incredibly frustrating. There’s also a little check mark that appears in the corner of an audio within a program that lets you know if you’ve finished the audio, but that only works about 10% of the time. So, it’s essentially a useless feature. There are times like right now when you can get past the daily motivation screen when you open the app and the app just becomes unusable. You’re just left staring at a quote generator and a continue button that does nothing. For $70 these issues should be nonexistent. I recommend they update it to allow better flow between audios and fix all the buggy interface issues. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback, we are currently rebuilding the whole app and taking this feedback and making sure the app runs smoothly. I too was introduced to it through Cameron Strachan’s work and recommendation. This app provides insights into how to think differently about the game and lays out possibilities for each of us to tailor the suggestions to our own unique way of playing. The ideas of gratitude - being thankful for even having the health, the time, the finances and the desire to play - and acceptance - being capable of accepting that I’m not going to get it right each time - have produced an inner calm I didn’t know I had. The game is much more enjoyable now that I have new techniques at my disposal. I have already recommended that others in my playing circle get the app so they too can benefit from the insights, wisdom, possibilities and enjoyment the app has brought me. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ve clicked on app support and that just takes me to the app and I go round in circles. What kind of trial is this that nothing works to be able to trial?! And support was of no help. Asked me to delete the app and re-register because email was not found but when I did what they said, it days email already in use. The UI and UX are basic and in need of work. Tap buttons don't work. The back buttons don't work. It’s only been out for a few days and the responses are really on point - not cookie cutter and each response ends with a thought provoking question that can get you to think about your personal situation a bit more deeply and you can engage in an ongoing ‘conversation’! You gotta try it out! ——— Just want to add an update: this app is all I’ve said above and more. The range of 5-8 minute lessons are grouped by topic. You hear Karl’s voice instead of just reading text and the AI element is amazing: I’ve used it a lot. I’ve even asked tricky questions and it can read between the lines and give you good feedback and the follow up questions it gives you prompts you look deeper into what you have going on. ### 5/5 — Mind Caddie is a winner *2025-11-14* Karl has developed a great app that is exceptional value with all the information available. This is a real leap forward for the MindCaddie and for all of those who want to learn what Karl has been teaching for years now.
