Great way to focus on and train your mind, help you focus, relax, be calm. One of the things that is ignored or trained the least is the mental side of competition, this app helps you focus on it!

Very helpful app for athletes. I’m a college baseball player and the mental side of the game isn’t talked about enough. This is a very helpful way to train that part of the game!
